When you call to make an appointment, you speak with Laura. When you need a hot tub repair completed, you see her husband, Leven, who has about 20 years of experience in hot tub repairs. When you need a hot tub cleaning or sign up for our weekly or biweekly cleanings, you see their dear and trusted friend, Robby, who has been with Texas Leisure for over two years. Here’s how our process works when you need a repair completed:
We get you on the schedule for a diagnostic visit. Leven will come out and diagnose the issue you are experiencing. If it is something he can fix while he is there with the parts he has, he definitely will. Our diagnostic trip charge is $150. If he’s able to fix it while he’s there, the only additional charge you will see is for any parts that were used.
If he is not able to fix it during the diagnostic visit, he gets all of the information he needs to create a quote for repair. This is emailed and texted to you within 2 business days of your diagnostic visit.
When you click the “Approve” button on your quote, we order the specific parts that are needed for your repair.
As soon as the parts come in, we call you to get you back on the schedule for repair.
We provide a year warranty on all parts purchased through us, and a 90 day labor warranty on all repair work completed by us.
Does your hot tub just need a little TLC? We can help out there too! We are proud to offer hot tub tune-ups (drain and cleans and purge, drain and cleans), as well as weekly and biweekly routine cleanings.
In case you didn’t know, we highly recommend performing a tune-up on your hot tub every 4-6 months, with one of those being a purge at least once a year with a filter change to keep your tub water as fresh as possible.
Here are the details on each:
Hot Tub Drain and Clean
Hot Tub Drain and Clean - a technician comes out to completely drain the tub, clean the filter, clean the cover, refill the tub, balance the chemicals, and start fresh. The cost of this service is $199.
Please know that the maximum amount of time allowed and included in this price is 1.5 hours. If you have low water pressure that makes our technician unable to finish the drain and clean within the allotted amount of time, he will ask you to refill the hot tub on your own after adding the needed chemicals to the hot tub before he leaves. Or, he will give you an option to pay a prorated amount equivalent to the additional time spent to finish the job.
Hot Tub Purge, Drain and Clean
Hot Tub Purge, Drain and Clean - a technician comes out to completely drain the tub, clean the filter, clean the cover, use a purge chemical to clean bacteria and dirt out of all lines, refill the tub, balance the chemicals, and start fresh. The cost of this service is $250.
Please know that the maximum amount of time allowed and included in this price is 2 hours. If you have low water pressure that makes our technician unable to finish the purge, drain, and clean within the allotted amount of time, he will ask you to refill the hot tub on your own after adding the needed chemicals to the hot tub before he leaves.

We offer weekly cleanings and biweekly cleanings, and we have a route in most DFW areas. Contact us to see if we have room in our schedule for your area!
When you get on our normal maintenance schedule, we complete the following tasks when we come to clean:

- ✓ Skim above and below the water line
- ✓ Clean scum line (if needed)
- ✓ Clean and treat the cover with UV protectant (once a month)
- ✓ Clean and rotate filters
- ✓ Email chemical readings and picture of your spa after cleaning
